Jo has been an incredible support throughout my UK college application journey. She always made herself available to be there for me, even during the most last-minute situations. When my mom and I decided — just 40 minutes before the deadline — to apply to more schools in London, she calmly and kindly walked us through every step with genuine care and reassurance. More than just helping with applications, she’s shown me so much kindness and made me feel truly seen and supported. I could tell she genuinely cares and is proud of me, and that meant the world. I wouldn’t have wanted to do this process with anyone else, and I’m forever grateful for her endless support and care, even after the process, to see how I’m thriving in college.
